The Core Challenge

The data entry process involved more than 2,000 records that needed to be manually processed and transferred into internal systems on a recurring basis. This workflow was time-consuming, repetitive, and highly prone to human error, especially when handled under operational workload constraints. The lack of automation resulted in significant time loss and limited the efficiency of the administrative processes within the department.

The goal was to eliminate repetitive manual data entry by designing an automated solution that could reliably handle bulk data processing with higher accuracy and consistency.
